RESERVATION DEPOSIT: THB 50,000/APARTMENT; THB 100,000/VILLA

| Reservation fee: THB 50,000/unit (apartments); THB 100,000/unit (villas) – fully refundable before signing the SPA contract.

| Deposit: 30% of the total purchase price upon signing the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement).

| Instalment payments:

  • 40% after the building structure is completed

  • 20% upon delivery of keys

  • 10% after property transfer
